Every morning, I was searching for the same videos again.
I started working out at home. One stretching video, one exercise video, one favorite track. The same routine every morning.
The problem was YouTube. Searching every day, finding it again every day — sometimes the algorithm recommended something else and I ended up watching videos for 30 minutes instead of working out for 20.
So I built a simple web page. Saved 5 videos, set a clock alarm, and started checking off a calendar. It worked so well that I turned it into an app.
